MAKE IT EASIER TO GET MESSAGES TO YOU RIGHT AWAY IN THE CASE OF LAST MINUTE
CHANGES ETC. EACH CHEERLEADER AND PARENT WILL NEED TO GO TO THE WEBSITE AND
SET UP THEIR PHONE NUMBERS. HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS.

MOUNTAIN CHEER CLASSIC
RAFFLE
RAFFLE – THIS IS A MANDATORY FUNDRAISER !!
Each child is responsible for turning in at least one item with a minimum of 20.00 value. The item can be donated from a local business or you can purchase a restaurant gift card or merchant gift card. There is plenty of time for the girls to get donations from local businesses.
We will compile a list of all 50 items. We will draw the raffle tickets during the Mountain Cheer Classic on October 4th. There will be at least 50 chances to win.
The cheerleaders will sell the raffle tickets at the football games and we will also set up a table and sell them at the competition. They will be given a sheet with all the raffle items on it and will sell the tickets for 1.00 each.
The deadline for turning in raffle items is Monday September 9TH. Please make sure to put your name on the item you are donating, so I can mark you off the list.

A round of golf, a one month tanning membership, a nail salon gift certificate, a car wash or oil change, a restaurant gift card, Tickets to a sporting event, basket of items from bath and body works, starbucks card, Blockbuster Gift Card.
